Community Transformation
Water Wells
Together with our partners, we have constructed water wells (boreholes) in more than 25 villages all over Uganda to provide clean ground water to communities where families get get contaminated water from ponds ans swamps for home use.
Providing clean water to communities has helped increase family hygiene and reduce water borne diseases that kill hundreds of Ugandans every year.
Medical Services
Good Samaritan health centers in villages including Kibwa, Zimudi, Luttisi, Kirinda, Ntwentwe, Nazigo among others have been operational since 2010 to offer out-patient services such as general medicine, health education, counselling and emergency care.
At the health centers, appropriate immediate referrals are made for severe or complicated cases to the nearest hospitals for specialized care.
